I have not had a phone for some years, but in the past I was always able to keep the phone on, keyslocked, and would have to enter a PIN before using the phone. As far as I can see this feature is not possible these days, is this true? I like to be able to leave my phone around, but with the knowledge that if someone tried to use it, they would not be able to get past the initial keylock PIN code. I currently have a T68i.
Thanks

some fones have a phonelock or screensaver lock feature
that requires you to input a code when you try to leave the
idle/screensaver mode.
i'm not familiar with the t68, so i cant tell if this feature is
included in your fone.

T68/T68i have "sim Lock" Function, but it's not a default setting.

the automatic key lock of t68 is just a keypad lock, press "c" and "yes" will open the lock.

if u want to lock your phone with a password, u can find the function in "setting->sim lock" and switch the protection "on"

Unfortunately you can't protect screensaver with any code in t68i. Some phones still have this options tough, i.e. my GF's siemens.
