i received my 128mb duo from www.avland.co.uk this morning which i wasnt expecting. I dont know if they were back ordered or if they have any left?!

cost £110.

I would have been very happy, but i got my 64mb duo from the sony shop in liverpool yesterday for nearly £90 which i obviously wouldnt have if i new the 128mb was comin. but i checked my account this mornin, and the £110 aint been taken off. Strange.

well worth it though. Ive put all of vanilla sky on it- over 2 hours!!!

Why oh Why would you put Vanilla Sky on any storage format? its quite possibly the WORST film in human history!? and i mean REALLY REALLY bad!

seriously tho, where is the sony shop in town? did they say when they'd have the 128MB duos?

cheers

The film wasn't bad per se...but mostly unnecessary since its a remake of a 3 year old film...

Give me Abre Los Ojos any day.

Is 128MB currently the largest Memory stick that can be used in the P800? Are there any plans afoot with SE to make the 1gb stick suitable for use in the phone? Imagine that! 1gb in a mobile phone!!

£110 sounds like a lot. I paid £70 for mine on the web. Bought three!! They arrived yesterday. No plans to copy on Vanilla Sky yet...

RoyT:

www.mpx.no in Norway will have 128MB MS DUO's in stock the 19th May, but at a insane price: 1668,- NOK. (thats like frigging $200USD).

Multicom.no is selling 64MB DUO's at 499,- NOK

I've emailed about every webshop in Norway, and noone has them, or can get them (except for mpx.no). I've also contacted Sony Norway, and they told me to contact SE, cause they had no clue.. SE told me to contact Sony again, because the MSD was a pure Sony product, and SE didnt have anything to do with MSD's production (ofcourse).

So, its easier getting them from another country i guess
