hi guys, 2long naman mga pre! di ako makapag GPRS. my fone is T68ie. i followed the procedure on how to save the settings,pero narereset sya,parang orange GPRS ang default,wen i restart the fone the Globe settings dissapear..Weird noh! hope u can help me out thx..Good day

try sending the word "GO t68i" to 2951 , a new GPRS setting will be send to you click yes , your phone screen will flash the word "GPRS setting alreadyt exist" ,then you'll be ask if you want to change the old GPRS setting of your phone to the new one, just press yes!

@astrosniper, does that happen frequently? Like even if you set up your phone with the correct settings then turn it off it goes back to some pre-installed settings right? That's what we called the DATA ACCOUNT BUG, it's common with the ie units. Solution is to have your phone upgraded either at SESS or SMARTNET, check out their threads for details. Also visit the Phil SE user's thread, that problem had been discussed in earlier posts there. Good luck and welcome to Esato! :-D
