Ok guy's what the heck does that mean?? Also WAP wont work for me got the settings off O2 and SE but keep on gettings "call not answered" also get this if i use Opera, Also cant send MMS and have tried both the O2 and SE settings :rolleyes: will i have to call Singlepoint to solve this or will one of your guys be able to sort it??

Secondly, I wouldn't bother phoning SinglePoint - you might as well ask a monkey.
It sounds like GPRS is not activated properly on your account. If you are set to WAP by GPRS and your MM doesn't work, that would explain why.
Solution: Call O2 and ask them.

Issue - seems to be ok browsing PDA formatted web pages (eg. ) but freezes when using full web pages.
Open the Flip cover
Tap on the :: symbol in the top right hand corner
Scroll down and tap on the Control Panel option
Tap on the Connections tab on the bottom
Tap on Internet Accounts
Tap New (you can also tap Edit to amend an existing internet account)
In the Account Name field type O2 Web
The Connection Type drop-down box should be set to GPRS
Tap on the Advanced button
There will be a series of tabs at the bottom.
Server tab
The Username and Password Required box should be ticked
Username: type web
Password: type password
Address: type mobile.o2.co.uk
Login tab
The Get IP Address Automatically box should be ticked
Scroll down and untick the option for Get DNS Address Automatically
Leave the Type drop-down box set to Ipv4
Primary DNS Address: type 193.113.200.200
Secondary DNS Address: type 193.113.200.201
Proxy tab
Leave the Use Proxy Server unticked and all other fields blank
Other tab
Enable PPP Extensions should be left unticked
Plain Text Authentication should be left unticked
QoS tab
Header Compression: On
Precedence: Subscribed
Delay: Subscribed
Reliability: 3
Peak Rate: Subscribed
Mean Rate: Subscribed
Tap Done twice in the bottom right-hand corner
In the Preferred drop-down box choose O2 Web
Tap Done
Tap the Internet symbol (or choose the Device tab and scroll up, and select Internet)
Tap the Home symbol on the bottom right side of the browser
Tap Connect
P800 GPRS WAP
Open the Flip cover
Tap on the :: symbol in the top right hand corner
Scroll down and tap on the Control Panel option
Tap on the Connections tab on the bottom
Tap on WAP Accounts
Tap New (you can also tap Edit to amend an existing internet account)
In the Account Name field type O2 Wap
The Connection Type drop-down box should be set to GPRS
Tap on the Advanced button

Username: type o2wap
Password: type password
Address: type wap.o2.co.uk
Login tab
Leave as default.
Proxy tab
Tick Use Proxy Server.
In the drop down box select Ipv4.
In the Proxy Server Address type 193.113.200.195 (may need to put dots in manually)
In the first Port Number option type 9201
Other tab
Leave as default
QoS tab
Leave as default
Once the above is complete press OK/Done,
The select the Preferred tab and check the WAP account that was set up, in this case O2 Wap.
This completes the GPRS WAP set-up.
Go to browser and connect. (May need to type in the O2 WAP Portal URL
http://wap.o2.co.uk)

Yea i do have a GPRS account cause i watched him set it up to make sure he did it when i signed up, i know they employ money at phones 4u as well
Also fogot to mention that im connecting to WAP with the dial-up and get "call not answered" beginning to think that its SinglePoint as i had it workin with my Voda card before it was cut offf when my number was ported?
Also will try to connect to WAP via GPRS later on when i get time to put all the settings in but thanks for the help guys
