> just about to buy p800 advice please

briefly:
*is there a sony ericsson service centre in or near leicester uk?
*can i upgrade firmware/software myself using my computer?
*what firmware should i get if i buy this week (say on 17 may 03)
*can i EDIT excel spreadsheets or only look at them?
*can i take photos with the camera and drop them into a box in an excel spreadsheet (all done on the p800)?
*i'm left handed and writing poor will it recognise it?
*overall do you think its a good phone??

* Yes I think its a good phone, suits me sir. It has a few quirks and a few annoyances but I've got round them. It really depends what you want from a phone, will the PDA functions be used etc. but overall yes I think its a good phone.
