i dont have an infrared port, so i downloaded a theme and i emailed it to my phone.. how can i install it?

If you downloaded the theme correctly, its should be in your themes folder, just click on it

You can only "install" themes if you send it to your phone via data cable, IR, bluetooth or MMS.
