Some slovenian guys have developed a program called "SMS Send" which makes it easy for you to send SMS via GPRS. Apparently it is a java-program so it's expected to be able to run on other phones as well. The price for sending SMS through GRPS is approxiomately 0.08 Euro.
Download it for p800 here:

Download it for 7650 or 3650 here:

Yeah, this is awesome....haven't tried it myself, but
www.mobil.se confirms that it works...only place it doesn't work is in sweden, cause the swedish operators doesn't tolerate it.

i think this was discussed a long time ago. you can configure your t68i or p800 to send sms via gprs instead of the gsm network. its even much faster... just dont know if globe will still charge the sms sent via gprs. however, if its a java app, i guess it will be free @zoid, there are proper forums that you can post ur request.

Yes, the concept of sending sms via gprs has been discussed, but I think this program is pretty new...and to the guy who was wondering where to get it....I posted 2 links in my original post, just scroll up and you'll find it...
The fact that it's a java program should make it possible to run on t610, right?
