Just load it? I am a bit curious to where you can get this software... like give us an url and what kinda equipment is needed? Would be cool if I could do it using the sync station.

Come on gentlemen, it's already been mentioned a zillion times here on esato, p800 firmware upgrades can only be done at servicepoints. It's not possible to do it yourself with the standard cradle/cable (yet).

What is the point of this post!
Take your phone to a SE service centre then they can "just load it". If you are going to post rubbish go onto a nokia message board it is full of rubbish.
