Most ppl say T610 is all made in China, but I read a post on howardsforum.com
"The phone will be shipped on Thursday as promised. They have been shipped from SE. They may ship as early as Wednesday but please no promises and getting hopes high. They are Made In Sweden but still could not confirm what will be in the box. "
so, Pls check your IMEI No. and tell us the 7&8 number of it.

first two digits in the IMEI number tells you which manufacture it has...
uses 30-39... if the IMEI begins with 00 it's a prototype
you can't see on the IMEI where a phone is produced, then you have to check the "Made in" label....
