i'm not sure what do you mean by the logo looks different (i don't know how normally looks the tmobile logo); anyway the information regarding the network is read it from the sim; so if you have some friends in the tmobile they can change what is going to appear on the display (instead of the network name can be your name, ajax or whatever)

@ Dracula
This is the orignal look:
yes, maybe it has something to do with the sim to remove the network info/logo
BUT After my upgrade to R2D the network info/logo changed!
Before the upgrade it was:
BEN NL
After the upgrade it changed to:
T-MOBILE
Yes, t-mobile took over the dutch company 'Ben' but after they did that they announced that the nothing will change to old customers, customer that had bought their sim's when it was "Ben" !
So after everything became t-mobile, my network info/logo was still
BEN NL, why did it change after the upgrade ?

yes! you are right! there are two different information regarding the network! one is read it from the sim and the other one is stored in phone software! what the phone reads first is the network code (looks like this 250 01 - and is unic for each network operator); in the phone software (you can see it under "preffered networks) to this number is associated the name of the operator, in your case is t-mobile; the fact that after you've upgraded the sw, ben changed to t-mobile, means that the new owners of the net informed SE about the change, and SE changed also the name of the net associated with their network code in the new release! i guess this is the explanation.
