> Bad quality T610?
Bookmark topic
Hi,
I helped my sister buy a T610 yesterday. When we came home from the store we realized that the display didn't work. We could even make a phone call (by entering the PIN and phonenumber blindly) but still the screen was not working.
So today we went back to the store and reversed the purchase. We happily went to another store that had the T610.
This time the screen was fine, but the sound was not! There was a lot of noise in the phone when the other person was speaking, but when the person was silent the noise disappeared.
So tomorrow we might be forced to go back to the second store to exchange the phone.
Are we extremely unlucky or have anyone else had problems?

i think u are experiencing a hissing noise in your phone, eh? Other T610 users have experienced this too. Take a look at this:
Taking back all T610 phones ..it is regarding the hissing noise in the T610's.

The quality of the phone itself is indeed great where there are no loose parts like the battery or so.
However i do hear som hissing noise when talking on the phone.
But not worse than my old 8850 sounded, from what i understand people are more concerned with problems on SE artefacts.

Now now Prowler.. no sour grapes just 'cause Nokia can't keep up...
Btw, Nokia are still kings of poor quality just living on the 8210-display debacle.
Hugs and kisses !

Prowler is just a Troll. Nokia has nothing to compete with the T610 so he's just sourgraping.

The battery isn't loose? It IS replaceable, right? Right?
