Hong Kong Sony Ericsson shop and CSL 1010 (cell operator) have just started to call those who pre-ordered the T610 to take them tonight.
Someone said Broadway (a large electrical appliance store) has little stock tonight too.

I have ordered mine in Fortress... a little more expensive than official price but he said I am going to get it in 2 hours... hope he is right.
SE official price 3380 (433USD)
Fortress price 3580 (458USD)
SE currently have a waiting list. The fastest they said they can deliver to customer if they pre order today is Monday.

You can only get firmware upgrade at the SE Service Ctrs(one at Causeway Bay and the other at Mongkok) in HK. Better call(or send a email to local SE Service Ctr) first to see if any latest version of firmware is available before bringing your T610 to the Service Ctr for upgrade. Based on my past experience dealing with those HK SE Service Ctr(and Hotline) staff it's very likely that they know nothing about the upgrade(either they pretend they don't know or they really don't have idea on what you are talking about) when you call them. You just need to be very calm and patient to tell then what you are looking for.
