I downloaded a language file. When I run the "download language" application, and point it to the directory with the language file (it's a .cis file), the program reports "No Language Files Were Found!"
There are a number of .cis language files in this directory. Why does it not recognize them?
Thanks

SE has screwed up...
In order to install the langpack, you must insert a space between cxc162001 and R2A.
Easy enough when you know it, bloody impossible if you don't.
Why doesn't SE mention this???

Amazing! That worked, thank you very much for posting the answer. Yes, WTF is up with Sony that they don't fix a problem like this?
While I'm ranting, why does the sync software place the name of the contact in the "country" field?
