When I place my P800 in the cradle, it gives me the charging beep. A few seconds later I hear the beep again and a few seconds later I hear it again and so on and so on. To stop it beeping I have to put the phone on then off again.

Any Ideas?

Nope, not to my knowledge... I upgraded the FW to R2D yesterday & was hoping that it would get fixed but it didn't..

Alright .... try to charge it without the cradle, plug the charger to the phone directly.
If it’s still peeping inform the service center with the problem.
If it’s not so maybe there is a problem with the cradle.

It just started beeping again so I removed the usb wire from my computer & it stopped. When I put it back in it started beeping again!

Hi :-) Remember me dude? Well, about your problem, that used to happen to my t300 and the standard charger. The bloody sound drove me nuts so i took it to a service center and they did some cleaning and hey presto the sound was gone :-) This message was posted from a T300

An usual phone would beep all the time if theres smtng wrong with the charging process like charging/disconecting/charging/disconecting.. This message was posted from a WAP device
