Hi guys!

I found this site and I think it's just ok for a new Ericsson user. I had before a bunch of Nokia models, I said "Nokia is the best" and I had reasons, but for about one month ago I bought a brand new R520. It's quite impressive how smart and how nice it is. There was a thread about those R520s which I read. I learned a few things about R520 and about Ericsson generally speaking.
Now, I have some questions for u guys, I'm not the first who's asking that, but I didn't found the answers on this great forum.

Info about my phone: R520, made 01 week 38, with an Ultra slim Li-Pol battery. About software....R2K prgCXC125294. So, as u see, I know that code >*
All the people sais that the stand by time of their phones is about one week. Or am I wrong? My phone lasts about 4 days and I use it for voice for about 2-2.5 h in this time. Do I need a soft upgrade to increase the stand by time? Do I need to delete those 20-30 sms from the memory of the phone? Should I use the calendar properly and not write so much tasks and appointments, because of use of memory? What should I do to increase the stand by, I ask again? I don't use IR, not bluetooth (NOT YET, but soon, 'coz I'm very curious how it works).
After a recharging the phone sais it's stand by time is about 250 hours. But it lasts not so much, trust me.
It's sure, the phone is new, I use it properly, because I have and use mobile phones for some time now and, of Nokia speaking, I now what on what depends the stand by time.

Another question is if u know any other interesting and useful codes for this model.

Anyways, it is a very good phone, useful features, good Al case, thin , all ok stuff.
How many sms can I save in the phone's memory? How many sms do u have in inbox, outbox, unsent?

I'm waiting your answers

Cheers

I would be ashamed to have such an ugly low budget phone but this is only my opinion. Other people may not think the same. I LOVE my nokia 6610 its simply the best. This message was posted from a Nokia

thx lazarini

sking 1547, I'm sorry to tell u, but, as I said, I had many models from Nokia, BUT! I wanted something new, something different. I think my choice is very good, what do U say guys?

Anybody answering to my questions about this lousy phone? I had a problem with this phone: it's to cheap for his bunch of qualitys.

Hey, I saw other people having the problem with the motion sensor. When the alarm turns on, it rings one or two times and then stops. The sensor works fine with the speaker changing state....u know what I mean.

So, cheer up !
