The Philips Platform4 Player is an excellent
program to play AMR (adaptive multi rate) audio
on PC. It also plays .mp4 and .3gp videos.

I converted some sound file to AMR. Download
them direct to phone from my wap site

Try to use some in your next MMS. It is fun.
