Please help. I have backed up my P800 using Pc Suite 1.4.2 with no problems. I have upgraded to 1.5.1 and I am getting the following message: "Program Closed. Program AppArcServerThread Reason code USER. Reason number 130" at the end of the backup. Please note that I have backup my phone only (and not DUO). The backup size is 1971K.
Now I have removed the DUO and backup the PHONE again. Now it is succesful and the backup size is 1959K. In both cases I did not backup the DUO. Any ideas ????
