Hi all,
I've been shopping around for a new phone for my travels this summer and the R520 will do just about everything I need, and for cheap! However, I'm a little hesitant about the size. The specs on Ericsson's web site say it's about 130 mm (~5.1 in.), but I'd like to know if that includes the antenna, or if it's just the body of the phone. I won't be too happy if it looks obscene in my pocket.
Also, I've searched through these forums for information on how to upgrade the firmware, if it isn't up to date when I get it, but there are too many hits from the search engine and no clear answers. Can anyone give me a quick answer on how/where to do a firmware upgrade, and what the latest version should be?

p.s. How's the e-mail software for this phone? Is it POP3 access? Are there any phones that use IMAP protocol?

Just the same size as r320,gh688,gh388... Update the sw in a customer service point. The phone supports pop3/smtp email.
