T610 with 4MB of free memory would be prefect! But, the 4MB is probably the t610 without any system software installed yet. After they install the interface, it goes down to 2 mb free space. But then, those who already have the phone said that they only get 800+ kb of free memory and not 2MB...hmmm...
Can your friend can verify the amount of free memory from HIS phone?

To know how much memory does it have(for t68i) it stays to go to sound recorder, there is value of max time and remaining time. Total memory is actual memory*remaining time/max time. For t68i exactly 1.2 MB. It is that why there could not be java I think too.

I am sorry for my english. So in my sound recorder there is up 0s ====== 1879s
Remaining time(if you press option button) is 1285s
So if you take this you get 1200 kB plus some change So it is 826kB*(1879s/1285s)=1200kb

My God this is sooooo a false picture on that site!
If you copy it and enlarge it you can see that it's an overtyped font. They haven't even bothered to apply a light Gausian filter to make it look like the other figure '4's in the text!
