I have drivers problems with my craddle but beside this it seems to
work. At least I could backup my phone, and were able to move files
to the P800 and back.
When it is about syncing with Lotus Notes 5, the only thing I could do
is make Email/Calendar/Tasks/Contacts go from the phone to Notes
but not the other way around.
In particular I've been unable at all to do a complete sync from Notes
to the P800. It shows the sync window, and finishes very quickly with
a synchronisation succesful message.
As a matter of fact, Lotus Notes is the biggest piece of crap ever, as
any decent developer knows. Now since Sony Ericsson developers are
pretty lame as well, I don't know which one to blame.
I had Extended Systems XTNDPCConnect for my T68 and it worked
like a charm. However they do NOT provide a version for the P800
so far.
I should really build a mobile software company and kick the ass to
all these lamers !!

Syncing with Lotus Notes works quite well, I never had any major problems with it, even with ver 1.0 of the PC software. There are some minor issues, like the fact that reminders in the P800 translates to appointments in the PC and vice versa.
Some people have experienced problems with Lotus Notes ver 6, but I recently upgraded to ver 6 and the syncing still works fine.
