you dont exactly get their number...
and they have to have their bluetooth device on or at least discoverable in order to get any results.
also, they need to receive the bluejacked message you're gonna give them. unless of course they're on auto-receive, but that's bluejack nirvana.

'bluejack' is the term used when you play a relatively harmless prank using your bluetooth device to send a message (or whatever you want) to someone else who has a bluetooth device. basically, you just turn on your bluetooth and search for other devices in your immediate area. once you've found them, you can send them messages like 'you've been bluejacked!' or what have you. only the unitiated are fooled though.
