w've got a t610
but the tone is always in the increasing mode
even when i switch it off...
is this normal with the phone
or there is something new to make it normal
again?

It's not increasing ring just the begining part start up soft then will be play on same level

AFAIK it's designed in this way to protect your ears. Since the ringtones uses the normal speaker you could damage your hearing.

I don't think so, think that's a way to protect the speaker from blasting out loud from the beginning so it won't spoil easily
