For compliance reasons, I have to keep a copy of all the emails I send in Outlook. Although this is possible by doing a local sync, this defeats the object of having a smartPhone rather than a PDA.
I would like to be able to sync the P800's remote Sent folder with the Sent Items folder in Outlook.
I think the way email is handled on the P800 has been designed very badly. There are two email applications, one for local and one for remote. The two applications don't seem integrated at all.
For example, if after sending an email remotely you subsequently do a local-sync, the email is not synced to Outlook Sent Items because the local sync will only sync the local email application not the remote one that you used to send the email.
If anyone knows a way of doing this, it would be great. If SE are pitching the P800 as a business tool perhaps they should spend more time thinking about business-critical things like this rather than adding more games & screensavers.
