hi there,
i got my Mca-25 yesteday.is there any way to zoom the picture into the phone or you have to send it via infrared to PC?

You need to have firmware R6A012 or above on the T68 for the zoom function to work.

Then you should probly go to your nearest SE service center and get your phone upgraded. It is the safest way to upgrade. I got my MCA-25 working with an ancient T68m. The zoom and special effects do work with R6A012 and above.
