When writing an SMS on my T68i I can change the word by pressing the 0-button. On my sister's T300, I have to push the joystick down to do the same thing. I thingk the T300 way is too complicated. How is this on T610?

And does anyone know how many text messages you can store in a T610?

You have to use the joystick, but since the t610 learns which of the words you normally use you won't have to change it as often as on the t68i. You can alse edit and delete the words you have added to the dictionary.

hmmm...I didn't know you could use the 0 key to choose the word from the list on the T68i. I have always used the joystick to navigate up and down the offered word list and think that it more obvious and intuitive than pressing the 0 key surely?

Actually I find it much easier to hit the '0' key with my thumb in the middle of texting than move my finger up to the joystick. I will be rather disappointed if they remove that feature.

I read in what mobile (uk) that the t610 t9 includes predefined text for things like m8, l8ter, etc. Is this true? That would be great (gr8!)

If they have a T9 language option of "Text Speak" that would be fine. But if it's built into the english option I will do my nut. Options like that need to be options.

They removed the "0" key to move between the options! Sigh. "0" now is only used for..... 0 !!! The only way to move down is to use the joystick.

How are you able to edit the words you added?

Yeah! The '0' button is only used for 0!! Its such a waste of buttons! I'd rather SE used the '0' to change T9 candidates instead of the joystick!! Bad move SE!! Hope they fix it in the next firmware release!
