Is there a program what lets you sync. P800 with Lotus Notes calendar and contacts?

yes. PCSuite For P800 (current version rel 1.5.1)
It's part of the P800 package (CD-Rom) and downloadable as well from the SE site.
Will do Outlook/Outlook Express and Notes 4.x/Notes 5.x.
