If I break my phone and want a new one, can I just phone em up and pay the price for the same phone but a new one or am I stuck with a broken phone?

If you dont have any phone insurance then no you cannot. The only other way would be to claim it on your personal insurance.

I just phoned and you can but you have to pay the sim free price! Not cheap! So I guess I'll take out insurance with them.
