I think SE should sell low-end phones together with a accessory, like tha radio or camera, when the user gets tired of the phone/breaks it or something, he/she will buy a SEphone because they want to be able to use the accessory=)
Don't you think that's a good idea?

The real problem for SE is making accessories attractive enough. For cheaper things like the radio, distributing it together with phones can a good way initially to market it.

Another idea might be to make sony MD/SE phone deals. I.e. you get a phone and an MD in the same buy etc .. Or you can use the MD as handsfree but only with SE phones ..

I'm thinking about the radio, mp3player, blue torch and laserpointer together with the t200,t65,t100 and the other real low-end phones.If they sell them together with eachother at a price not that higher than the price of the phone without the accessory, they will get the money back when the customer decides to buy another SEphone=)

yeah that would be a great idea. it wouldnt cost them very much (as the prob make md's very cheap). but to make it viable they should ship an md with hihg-end phones. once people get hooked on mds they always buy more, meaning more money for sony!

It makes no difference for them to include accessories like the radio. Many Nokia models have built-in radio... and if the phone is low end like the T100, then the radio costs almost as much as the phone itself.
