i can not get this to install on my pc i have a p800 and have install the software for this and was hoping to use the cradle for the p800 synch my p800 with outlook and then my t610 so i cope my contacts over have tryed by bluetoothing the phones but dont copy email

by the way it says i have to run outlook first but is running
