my p800 has been with me for 2 months now and so far the most mysterious thing to me is that i can't seem to back up the phone in my computer. it always says 'not enough memon your phone'. i don't know what to do, please help. also, does anyone know a site where i can get good mp4s (short movies or videos) for free? thanks.

sometimes when there have been a lot of applications running, the phone memory gets all filled up and you do get that message about memory being full. often, the simplest way to resolve it is to just turn your phone off and on again to free up the memory.

if the problem persists, try having the phone's firmware upgraded. latest version is R2F.

thank you so much. i tried doing that too but it doesnt work. until now i havent backed up the phone on my computer. the best thing i could do is access microsoft outlook, go to contacts, copy all its contents and then save it on my computer via excel. but i havent really seen and experienced how the backing up works. my style is kinda manual. i'll try to do your suggestion again. i hope it works. also, is R2F available online, and for free? if i upgrade to R2F, do i need to reinstall everything again in my phone? i'm not so much of a techie person, it is with the P800 that i'm starting to learn all these things. I even put opera on it but cant make it work. geez...
