After visting the Voda shop and being very tempted by their £30 special (on Anytime 200 or better) till the month end, I called CarPhoneWarehouse.
According to the sales spod they expect to have them in stores on monday. He couldn't confirm a price.
Am toying with the idea of just getting one through voda. Although I really should wait till monday to see. It's only 5 days wait. I am so impatient. Although would be nice to have an unbranded phone so I should wait.

I don't know about other networks, or the vodafone branding. Call 08000 490 049. I was more concerned if they could match the £30 deal. The spod said if they got them at a decent price they could, but I think voda is taking a big hit on these to get people to change networks. Ironic thing is I am already on Voda through CPW, but it's still a network change.
Does anyone know if the other Voda live phones like the sharp are unbranded at CPW?

I just spoke to CPW on the 08081009250 and the random bloke that answered the phone had no idea when the T610 would be available.
I suppose it all depends on who answers the phone and what their opinion is.
Generally, CPW staff (retail store staff especially), seem to be pretty clueless about specific release dates for new phones.
It's a bit of a shame really as alot of people in the UK see CPW as the authority on mobile phones.

Voda will unlock it for £20 anway. Might just go to them.

they dont neccesarily brand their phones, i got a t300 on payg within 2 weeks of it being released and it was completely unbranded, i think its locked tho, ive never tried another sim in it.

We are expecting the phone on all networks in June, but have nothing more specific than that... We get very limited info from the manufacturers and networks... When it comes to Voda Live, we tend to have both LIVE handsets and normal handsets... With the T610, it looks like we wont have Voda branded Live handsets... This could change though...
