> Help! hbh-30 and t610 Problem!??!?!

I'm having some major issues with the HBH-30 (R2A) and my T610 (R1A081 Firmware, R2E/R7A hW) made in China.
I can get it to pair...not everytime either but I can..however while I'm using it there is a ridiculous amount of static. This is wherever I am and however close the phone is. I can have the phone right there or 5 feet away it's the same. I've used it walking around outside so it's not interference.
Anyone else notice this? I don't know at this point if I have a defective T610??? It's strange cuz I've paired and used my T610's Bluetooth with my laptop and Tungsten T fine but it doesn't seem to like the HBH-30 at all.
