Does it mean that it's not good version? Is it worth it to update to some newer firmware?

Well, I believe it can be upgraded (the software version, I mean). It costs about USD 10 (VAT not included) and it should work, if there is a software problem.
I have the same software version (which is BETA). Anyway, I have a few problems, such as sometimes the phone rings only for a very short period so I have no time to answer. I've used master reset and I am waiting to see if the problem presists.

no, you shouldn't worry that it is a test version. it is only worth upgrading your SW if you notice certain problems with your phone that will benefit from a SW upgrade.
