Found it on the Ericsson's Developer Mobility site, you got to register first to obtain it.
Remember it is beta. Use it at your own risk.

i tried to open a preinstalled theme in theme creator, but all values revert to default.
maybe it's because of the vodafone branding?

I've expected that this Themes Creator from Ericsson would be much better. But the only thing that's good/useful is the documentation!
Even the alpha version of Theme Creator Pro 3G is better...

I made a theme with only colors.. very clean.. I have it as
"Really Classic Theme.thm"
hehe... I really missed the simplicity of the t68 theme..
but.. know I am doing more cool themes.. but ofcourse.. I will have to wait for a better theme creator..
