Pics are sorted by date and you can't change it. Best files for t68i are gifs, it doesn't support bmp.

T68i does support bmp as evidenced by its use in image editor and MMS home studio, it is also the least size efficient of the 3 formats and i read somewhere that compression and quality is better with jpeg than gifs but since gifs are only available in 256 colors it shows nicely in t68i screens. Somebody correct of if i'm wrong as i'm not 100 percent sure.:-) This message was posted from a T68i

The smartest way to save space in your T68 is to have the pictures in 101x80 in gif format and you will have a nice result also.

If u really want to rearrange the pictures ...try renaming em all. The last to b edited should come 1st in ur picture list. Just a tip: i chose 2 rename only my screen savers so they come in one place, no trouble in finding em. ;-) This message was posted from a T68i

Ive have .jpg and .gif pictures on the T68i. The .gif seams to be a better picture for it!! Its a bit clearer and not as pixalated.

Have you ever tried to get pictures from your computer to your phone? I can say jpegs looks good on pc, but in your phone mising pixels and the picture is not really that you wanted. But gifs maybe does not look as good as jpegs on pc, but in phone looks the same like on pc. Tip I use accomodation in my t602 photo before I resize it to 101x80, after this pictures looks very good and detailed(according to picture size) This message was posted from a T68i

Actually, the t68i doesnt make use of bmp files at all. The EMS pictures that u can create using the image editor, saves the files as .bmx files. Which isn't the standard windows bitmap .bmp, that u're used too on your computer.

Uhm... the pictures are unsorted. They're placed in whatever order you uploaded them to the phone, and if you delete one, the next uploaded one will appear at the location of the deleted file.
