When I install package 4, it says that outlook needs to be run eventhough I have tried reinstalling outlook97, created user accounts etc. I have looked at the earlier posts regarding this subject and have checked the xtndconnect knowledgebase regarding the HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
The problem I have is that on XP, I do not know where outlook97 is setting this key. Also, I am not sure where XTNDConnect is checking on XP.
Has anyone installed XTNDConnect on their system with the above configuration? If so, can you please give some tips on how to work around this issue?
