It depends on what u look for in a communicam.. Mca-25 has zoom function, effects, and optical viewfinder. Mca-20 can store much more pics. However, mca-20 is quite bulkier compared to mca-25.

The pics r stored in the cam, tho u can opt to either copy or move em to ur phone memory.. Plus u also can send the pics from ur communicam via mms and email

Plus, the rate of transferring/copying pics from cam to phone is way way faster on the mca25 than the mca20. There is also white balance on the 25
