My HBH-60 bt Headset keeps hissing and cracking. I found out the firmware of the HBH via menu:
Conectivity->Accessories->Select
Can you please report here your fw of the HBH and possible problems in order to find out if the problem is of the phone or the headset?
Thanks.
Note: In order to find out the fw you have to connect HBH first and pair it with the T610

i believe u need to send the headset back to the service point to haf it replaced (if its under warranty!!)...the problem is with the headset and not the phone....it's quite rampant with the 1st few batches of hbh60 but it can be taken care of.....u might also wanna test pairing it with another phone (besides the t610) to see if the hissing or cracking sound still persists....
