Anyone been able to get a R2D/R2F update from a store in the North East of the UK? Ive tried a few places but they all suggest to send it away for a few weeks, I have an Orange P800 and Im not sure if that will cause any problems? Any help would be good

there is a service point at the carphone warehouse in the metro centre.its the main shop not the little alcove one near m+s
this one i think is closer to the levis shop
not sure how up to date there firmware is i took my t68 i in february and they gave me r2f which was old sw

If your lukin for one a bit further down...I woyuld have the say that the CPW service point is Leeds is absoloutley brill!!
I gave mine in for uprgrade and had it bak 1 1/2 later!! Brilliant service!!

I'm not sure about a service point in Newcastle, as I'm from Hartlepool, about 40 mins drive south so I'm not in Newcastle that often. Anyway the Metro Center CPW sounds like my best bet, allthough was there any charge for the update and how out of date was the firmware you recived? The Leeds store sounds very good but its a bit far to travel for it I think

i live in Durham and took mine to Cramlington, but there is one in york, if u call SE they will tell u the closest one 2 u.
