I know I should search for the answers and I have and I have found a few little bits of info but the search doesn't seem to work that well. I still have a few questions about the P800 so I hope someone wouldn't mind helping me out a little...
1) Why sometimes on the SMS menu do I get a star (*) next to the message count. I've definately read all the messages but the star refuses to budge.
2) Is there an option hidden away somewhere to stop the phone deleteing messages from my POP3 server if I have deleted the emails from the phone?
3) Without setting the light to 'On' is there a way to make the light active when the phone is charging?
4) When using the phone in flip mode and within the Messages/SMS menus is it possible to navigate to the Outbox/Draft boxes? It's very annoying when you take a call while multitaping a text and then have to finish your text with the pen after the call.

Not too sure about that one! The star should appear when you have a new message....are you sure that you have not got a new message, scroll all the way down the inbox to see, sometimes I recieved a message and the newest message was not displayed on the top

I was having the same problem, as far as I know the only way the messages will be deleted from the server is if you delete the emails from your phone and then click send and recieve...(this action will detele the files of the server)

Not sure, I think it is always on when charging, my setting is on Automatic... but I will check that one out tonight when I charge my phone.

Nope! It is so frustrating! It is like that SE has only included tiny bit of the fetures when the flip is closed...I mean they really should have included this option...as well as activating delivery reports with flip closed (at the moment you have to open the flip to activate it each time)
