Line 2 will only appear if your network supports it and your phone has been set up to use it. In the UK only Orange supports Line2. It basically allows you to have two numbers on one phone (e.g. one forbusiness and one for personal use) and you can switch between the two lines without switching SIMs. You can receive calls on both lines too.

In the IconMenu, choose "Calls" -> "Switch to line 2", that's all

T-Mobile have never offered Line 2. They cant even provide 1 decent line not alone 2 of them.
