i tried closing the apps, i changed the battery, but still its just getting worse and worse, i charged the phone for the whole night, and then i took it off at around 9 or 10, and i got 3 alarm rings, 2 msgs, and it was down 25%... this is impossible.. there must be something wrong...!!!!!!!!

There are 3V and 5V SIMs. If you have a very old SIM, it is probably a 5V one and will eat more power. Your network will also affect the battery life. Or could be some other reasons, or even the problem of the phone itself. You can also bring it to a service point. This message was posted from a T68i

Things that I noticed that eats up battery life:

1) screensavers - animated ones eat up so much battery. If I use an animated screensaver, my battery could only last a day with normal phone use.
2) bluetooth - I used to have it on always but now that I keep it off and only turn it on when I need it, my battery can now last up to 3 days (normal phone usage).
3) radio - HPR-20 saps your battery (not too much tho).
4) SIM - I dunno the technical aspect of it, but I guess Wapt is right, I tried using my phone with my brothers SIM once and the battery didn't last as long as when I use my own SIM. I got my SIM just last year. My brother's SIM is nearly 7 years old already!
