I don't have a chance to see the HCH-28 car holder in person, wonder how it is mounted to the car. Can anyone give me some details? If you can post some pictures also, that would be great. It sells for US$16.95 directly from SonyEricsson USA plus US$5 shipping.

Wow thats cheap, I mean really cheap!!
I paid almost $50 for my HCH-28, the phone is sits very safe, in the beginning it can feel like its hard to remove the phone with a "one hand grip", but after using it for a while you wont have any problems with it.
I can take some pics of it later, what are you most intressed of see, how the phone is in the holder or how the holder i mounted in my car?
I take few pics on both!

I use some kind a plastic piece, some kind of phone holder adapter, dont really know how to explain. I can take photos of it at the same time as i take the other.

I didnt have to make any holes.

I bought (really cheap) a so called "car-mount",..its a piece of bend (v-shaped)metal.
Its got a lot of holes premade.

Then you pull out the radio, stick one end of the car-mount in besides the radio, and push the radio back in,..VOILA

Then you just put the HCH-carholder on the mount using the screws

So here you can see how my car-mount looks. Easy to attach and no damage to your car.

I just purchased a HCH-28 for my T68i, and I was wondering if someone could help me mount it to my dash. I was trying to find something so I could attach it to my air vent, but I can't find anything that Sony Ericsson makes, unless it comes with the Advanced Handsfree Car Kit thats like $130. Maybe one of these so called "car-mounts" would work. Does anyone know where I can get one? Also, mrNoodles, could you repost the pics of how yours is mounted? That would help me out too. Thanks!

I'm after this too, didn't realise that it didn't come with a way to mount it in the car. The pic in the post above isn't working so if someone could show a pic of the back of the unit it would help a lot!!!
