week ago i purchsed WorldMate using handago site, that SE kinly linked us to. Well, they gave me wrong registration key 5 digit one, instead of 4, and after 5 emails to their customer service they are still ignoring me. Anyone else with same great experience with handago?

Not had that, Handango are usually pretty cool I've had a few apps from them... Have you tried entering the code into the same site that you purchased it from? sounds a silly question but handango links into loads of other sites so it might give out different codes?

If your from the philippines, as i am,handango is the worst site you can use as it doesn't honor cards issued here even if its visa or mastercard. I order all my Tungsten's software at palmgear and i haven't had problems with them.

i have ordered twice or thrice at Handango and they all went smoothly. i used Equitable VISA.
FWIW, the Handango call center is located in the Philippines.

i got email back from MobiMate, they were nice, and just gave me a new working registration code, by the way, i am still waiting for handago response. Maybe i will email them again just to see what they are up to....
