Every time i try to back up my p800 during the transfer of files the transmission is stopped and and a sign says to me that my p800 isnt connected to my pc... Any ideas? Is there a newer version of pc siute than that provided with the cd in the box? where can i get it?

are you running apps in the background like anti-virus software?
you can try closing them and backup once more. you can also
check the cables to see if they're securely in place.

I don't think it is possible to backup with IR or Bluetooth, cause the phone has to shut down and restart... and the connection is lost.

What about sync via BT? Is it possible? I have USB BT dongle and I can exchange files but can I do sync wiht Outlook? What should I do?

yes u can syn thru Bluetooth, but cant backup
also upgrading ur firmware and connecion software would help smoothing up
