> qsauth.exe hanging, corrupted?

Everytime i start my phone or install software on it and at other random times this application(or program) will hang, and if i dont manage to close it, it will drain the battery faster than you can say "Oh shit, no juice".
Im thinking the file has gotten corrupted, how do i check it and/or replace it?
Im running R2D btw.
Edit: It has something to do with the phone system on the p800, as if i remove the file it refuses to take contact to any GSM network. Very odd, could someone please supply me with a new qsauth.exe file? from r2d, its located in c:\system\programs\qsauth.exe
