> T610 and Bluetooth problem - pls help

my name is Udi and i am from Israel (yap, not very populat place
.
I just bought T610 and i have 2 major problems which i will be very gratful if someone can help me:
1) strange noise when i tallk, somekind of backgound noise like snow.
2) The bluetooth is disable. Now i know the verndors, when u insert israeli sim card, the kernel close the bluetooth option, but i know there r always some kind of codes... tricks to overwrite this.
Again, will apprichet very much your help and if u can be kind to help me.

I dont know what is young, i have the T610 for bearly 3 days and now it goes back to France to fix the Hissing problem.
About the BT: i cant, all options related to BT once u insert Sim card with Israeli code (452) r disabled (gray in the menu and when u try click u get an error - BT is busy or not available).
So again, will apprichate if any one got some kind of suggestion how to overcome this and tell the OS to disregard the commend about the country code.
