Coupla ways to get that done..
If you can find time to pop by any hello shops, they could get it done for you. Alternatively, you can visit
http://www.ideas.singtel.com and run the procedure that's mapped out or just key *43327 and press call/send to receive and subsequently, follow the sms instructions.
