Waved goodbye 2 ntl cable 2day,the worst customer service i have ever experienced in the whole of my......life! Did'nt get the contract until 2 days after the 5day cancellation period, then they said it was 2 late 2 cancel anyway! The box kept crashing while using tv internet. Tw*ts! After threatening legal action they cancelled the contract! :-D
