Can everyone advise me how to synchronize with outlook calendar and contact and also how to send adn receive e-mail?

You need a program to Sync with Outlook.
If you want to, at the same time, to edit phonebook and so on,..you need to download the sync-package for T-65, instead of T-68.

Go to :
http://wap.sonyericssonmobile.com
got to: software..choose T-65
choose : Synchronization
choose number.3 (name:Package_4 full version for outlook users)
approx: 27,2 MB.
If you want to use the T-68 as a modem, you need to download T-68-modem-drivers too.

If you only want the "sync-function"
choose: software> for T-68 (instead of T-65).
Here you dont have the option of editing phonebook.

You could also go for the IR-sync with T-68.
Works fine too,..can even get cheap IR-devices for i.e. desktops.
Most laptops have already got IR.
